The empty hands system of fighting known today as Shorin Ryu
Karate is one of the oldest and most authentic forms of karate
being taught throughout the world.  Rich in tradition and
technique, it was created out of the need for self preservation.

Shorin Ryu katas (forms) have provided the pattern for over
85% of all Karate Do in the world today.  Shotokan, Wado-Ryu,
Shito-Ryu, Tae Kwon Do, etc. have all built their kata systems
from Shorin Ryu.

Our style is based on both long, and short range techniques.
